A newly built supermarket in Worcester has fitted aluminium fascia and soffit from Husk Architectural, part of the Guttercrest Group.
Co-op have invested £500,000 building the Barker Street store on the disused car park of a public house.
Aluminium fascias and soffits are uniquely designed, specified and fabricated for individual projects. They can be wrapped as a cladding around a concealed gutter, have an external gutter or can be a stand-alone soffit and fascia.
In this case a combined fascia and soffit was used with external gutters. Venting was incorporated into the soffits to allow a flow of air into the roof area.
